Yarra House - Robin Hood's Bay

We’ve stayed before, and it was lovely as usual. The cottage was super clean, and nice and cosy. Sam and Sian were really kind and helpful to my mum and I. Thank you.

Excellent cottage, good location, very very well equipped and clean. Good choice of local restaurants, pubs and shops. Successful fossil hunting on local beaches.

We've been coming for the last 11 years every year. The cottage was a great location, the parking is a great extra. The cottage was clean, and had everything needed. The only down side was the double bed mattress is very hard and the oven took a lot longer to cook food than usual. But apart from that, everything was great and views were amazing.

The cottage was in a great location; two minutes walk to the sea. The place was spotlessly clean when we got there, and very well equipped. The view from the upstairs bedroom is lovely. We enjoyed coffee on the bench outside every morning, and there’s plenty to do both in the village and just a little further afield if you feel like taking the car out. The car parking space was a godsend. Sam was super friendly and helpful at every turn. We’ll definitely be going back!

Yarra Cottage was suitable for us. Once it warmed up (highly suggest having it warm when arriving) we enjoyed staying there. All amenities to top standard. RHB surely is Englands finest coastal town. Just lovely.

Yarra cottage has the best panoramic views of the bay and beyond seen in comfort from one of the two settees in the lounge whilst warmed from a most efficient log burner. The views get better from the light and airy upstairs bedroom as you can sit on the leather lounger and watch the day go by. Great cottage.

We have been visiting Robin Hoods Bay for many years and stayed in a number of cottages. We found Yarra House comfortable with lovely views from living area and bedroom.We love the quirkiness of the cottages and the narrow lanes with something interesting round every corner. Walking along the beach looking for fossils or enjoying the view from the cliff top help to make a relaxing and enjoyable break.

First time stay in Yarra and was blown away by the views over the bay towards Ravenscar from the lounge and the large upstairs bedroom. Easy short distance drop off from Road and a Fisherhead car parking permit a bonus. Very efficient log burning stove that warms the house very quickly. A wonderful cottage with a panoramic view.

Yarra House provided a very comfortable weeks holiday for my wife, dog and I. The cottage was clean and well maintained with all necessary appointments and comfort. The view across the village roof tops, over to Ravenscar is spectacular, providing an experiance to beat all others, even when raining. Many thanks to Baytown Holidays and we feel that this may not be our only booking through you in the future.

Sam was very helpful in find this wonderful cottage for us, now what can I say about Yarra house, it’s a gem, the view from the living room and the upper bedroom is amazing, the cottage had everything you could need for a stay in this wonderful part of Britain.

The cottage was very pleasant, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is situated in an elevated position and had good views across the bay. Robin Hoods Bay makes a good base to visit places nearby and the weather was very good too.

Relaxing, great atmosphere, locals very friendly, good selection of places to eat and food is always good. Great pubs !!!Cottage was fab other than there was no iron or ironing board so had to bring ours from home

What a find Yarra Cottage is. Beautifully placed half way down the hill with views over looking the rooftops to the beach and further afield. Easily accommodated 4 adults. So cosy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. 100% recommend.

Yarra House is a brilliant location with lovely views with pretty outside seating area. Easy access for loading. Information and communication was of a high standard and parking pass really useful. Perfect for a couple . Kitchen well equipped. Ground floor bedroom would benefit from extra heating . Certainly recommend thanks

Really enjoyed our stay at Yarra House (October 2020). A lovely, clean and tidy place with all the amenities and wonderful views. Parking permit for Fisherhead car park in the lower bay is a real bonus. Recommended.
