Whole week bookings are Saturday-Saturday during high season.
Arrivals and departures are not accepted on 24th, 25th & 26th December and 1st January.

Ground Floor
A hallway from the main entrance door to the rear of the property leads into a very light and open plan kitchen and lounge area. The large window seat is the perfect place to sit and take in the stunning views over the rooftops and out towards Ravenscar. The lounge has two, 2 seater sofas, dining room table, TV and an original fireplace with a wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials including a fridge, separate freezer, microwave and electric cooker with a grill function. The kitchen is also complimented by a breakfast bar and seating for two.
On the same floor is the bathroom with a walk in shower, wash basin and WC.
First Floor
Spiraled stairs lead up to the first floor master bedroom. A four poster bed awaits with matching bedside tables and lamps. There is a built in wardrobe, dressing table and a reclining leather armchair for complete relaxation. Like the lounge area, the bedroom also provides stunning views out across the village rooftops towards Ravenscar.
Lower Ground Floor
Wooden stairs lead down from the entrance hallway to the twin single bedroom. Features include exposed wooden ceiling beams and an original stone fireplace. There are twin single beds complete with a bedside table in the middle.
Outside
There are two benches on lower Bloomswell that provide a lovely outside seating area that catches the sun throughout the day.
Yarra House provides unlimited free Wi-Fi as well as a parking permit for Fisherhead car park in the lower village. There is also full gas central heating. Bed linen is provided and guests are asked to bring their own towels.

Lovely clean cottage.Ideal location, mid bay.Great for beach, shops, pubs and places to eat.As ever, Sam was a thoughtful host, who made the experience very enjoyable and relaxing.

Really enjoyed our stay at Yarra House (October 2020). A lovely, clean and tidy place with all the amenities and wonderful views. Parking permit for Fisherhead car park in the lower bay is a real bonus. Recommended.
