Property Description

Roma Cottage is situated on Brig Garth in the lower village of Robin Hood’s Bay. Just minutes’ from the Dock area and the beach, Roma Cottage is perfectly located.

This Grade II listed Fisherman’s cottage will sleep a maximum of 4 people in 1 double bedroom with an En-Suite and a twin single bunk bedroom. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is provided as well as a Fisherhead parking permit.

Ground Floor:

Enter Roma Cottage into a small porch which leads straight into the lounge area. The lounge has a TV with Freeview and a built in DVD player, multi fuel stove, glass fronted bookcase with drawers, a 2 seater brown leather sofa and two brown leather armchairs.

On the same floor is a small bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower.

Lower Ground Floor:

Steps down from the entrance porch lead into the refurbished spacious kitchen area. The kitchen contains a large stand alone fridge freezer, electric oven with a 4 ring electric induction hob, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a whole range of pans, utensils and crockery.

There is a large dining room table to comfortably sit 4 people during mealtimes and a great window seat to overlook a small section of New Road. A wooden unit on the back wall has a CD player, IPOD docking station, a small selection of CD’s and USB outlets on the plug socket.

First Floor:

A staircase from the rear of the lounge leads up to the first-floor bedrooms. The main master bedroom has a full size double bed with matching bedside tables, a feature fireplace, wooden shelves for storage and hanging space and USB outlets on the plug socket. The bedroom benefits from a En-Suite bathroom with a shower and wash basin.

The second bedroom has full size twin single bunk beds, wooden shelves and hanging space for storage. Next to the twin room is a small bathroom with a WC and wash basin.

Roma has full gas central heating throughout, provides free unlimited Wi-Fi and has 1 permit for Fisherhead car park in the lower village for customers to use during their stay. Bed linen is provided and guests are asked to bring their own towels.
