Property Description

Primrose Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman’s cottage with many original features creating a comfortable and relaxed home from home.

Easy access to the beach and a separate cliff top garden offering spectacular panoramic sea views, this spacious cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child across 3 double bedrooms.

Ground Floor:

Access to Primrose Cottage is directly from Albion Street. Enter the cottage into the spacious lounge area. The lounge has 2 large leather sofas, leather armchair, a wooden coffee table, gas fire and a rather large wall mounted smart TV.

Next to the lounge is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fitted with quality units and has a Belfast sink, a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster as well as a electric oven and hob and a washer/dryer. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine for guests to use.

On the far side of the kitchen is a pine dining room table that can comfortably sit everyone.

First Floor:

Up the stairs to the top floor of the cottage and to the left is the family bathroom which has a beautiful, exposed stone wall and comprises of a white three-piece bathroom suite with shower over the large bath, wash basin and WC.

Down the hall to the end and you’ll find the first bedroom on the right-hand side. There is a full-size double bed, large pine wardrobe, small chest of drawers and a feature fireplace.

Across the hall is the second bedroom also with a full-size double bed, large pine wardrobe and a feature fireplace. The third bedroom has a 4-foot bunk on the bottom and a single bunk bed on top. This bedroom also has a chest of drawers.

Outside:

To the side of the cottage are a set of stone stairs that lead you up to the patio area. It directly overlooks the beach and has panoramic views of the Bay and back over the pantile roofs of the village above.

*Please note that it is not advisable that young children use or be left unattended on the upper outside area. This area is accessed via a steep set of shared stone steps.

Primrose Cottage has a parking permit for you to use. This permit is valid for both of the council car parks in the upper village.

Bed linen is provided as well as a bath and hand towel per guest. Primrose Cottage has full gas central heating throughout and there is Wi-Fi available for you to use during your stay.
