Property Description

Laurel Cottage is a spacious 17th Century Cottage in the lower village of Robin Hood's Bay. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, has a spacious lounge area and separate dining Room and is close to all shops, restaurants and pubs. There is a Fisherhead parking permit for guests to use during their stay.

Ground Floor:

Enter the cottage into a small hallway that leads into the spacious lounge area. There are two 2-seater sofas and 2 armchairs to comfortably sit 6 people to relax in with a coffee table in the middle. There is a TV with separate DVD player as well as a small selection of DVDs to choose from. A log burning Stove completes the room.

On the other side of the entrance hallway is the dining room. A large dining room table to fit 6 with a Rayburn stove.

The separate kitchen has an under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, 4 ring gas hob, Electric oven with grill function and microwave as well as a kettle and a 4-slice toaster and all the necessary utensils.

First Floor:

Up the steep wooden stairs to the first floor and into the bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

There are two twin single bedrooms on the first floor. The first is a spacious room with a view out over New Road, two full size single beds, a small bedside table and a chest of drawers for storage. The second has two full size single beds, small wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Second Floor:

Up the second flight of steep wooden stairs to the master double bedroom. There is a full-size double bed with matching bedside tables. Chest of drawers and a view out over New Road over the rooftops.

Laurel Cottage has a Fisherhead parking permit for guests to use during their stay and has full gas central heating throughout.
