It boasts fantastic sea views towards Ravenscar from the upper floors and benefits from having a private patio to the side of the property which is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring.

Greenfield House is situated in the peaceful setting of Plane Tree Street in the lower village of Robin Hood’s Bay. It is a short walk down to the dock area and the beach.
It boasts fantastic sea views towards Ravenscar from the upper floors and benefits from having a private patio to the side of the property which is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
Ground floor:
A small entrance hall for storing coats and shoes.
Lounge area comfortably sitting 6 people. There are 2 armchairs, a 3 seater sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV, sideboard, Bookcase and a gas fire.
Kitchen and dining area with electric cooker, grill and 4 ring electric hob. The kitchen is also equipped with a toaster, microwave, kettle under counter fridge, under counter freezer and a dining table to sit 6 people.
First floor:
King size double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and twin side lamps, small chest of drawers and a feature fireplace. There are great sea views towards Ravenscar.
Twin single bedroom with wardrobe, small chest of drawers and a feature fireplace. The twin room also offers great sea views towards Ravenscar.
Bathroom 1: WC, wash basin and shower over bath.
Bathroom 2: WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and walk in shower.
Second floor:
Double bedroom with wardrobe, shelving space, small chest of drawers and stunning views out to sea across Ravenscar.
Outside:
Private patio with outside seating. There is access to the street from the patio.

Robin Hoods Bay is without a doubt one of the most treasured places on the coast. It is an artist's paradise. The people are friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. Our family just loves it there.Greenfield House, nestled in among all the history of the village is also beautifully cared and loved for by the owners. A lot of thought has gone into the decorating and it was like a picture book story. I can't praise them enough. Thank you.

We have stayed at Greenfield House on a number of occasions and have always been delighted with the accommodation. The refurbishments have further enhanced the already high quality. A great place to stay in an ideal position in the village. You rarely have access to a garden in Robin Hood's Bay but with Greenfield House this is a big plus!
We’ve visited the bay for years and enjoyed every holiday, irrespective of the weather, lots of great walks, places to eat and pubs. Ruswarp, Whitby, Sandsend are all close and seal rock at ravenscar is a great walk
This was our 3rd stay in Greenfield & we love it. It’s such a warm & inviting cottage. We love the sea view from the top bedroom & listening to the waves at night. Once you have been to Robin Hoods Bay you get caught by the magic. We have been visiting at New Years now for 10 years, everyone is so friendly.
Greenfield House is ideal for a family holiday. The rooms are spacious, the two bathrooms are a plus and the garden is a great bonus! The support provided by Sam was much appreciated. On places to eat we found the tapas at North Ings to be excellent!

Robin hoods bay is unique, beautiful, inspiring and always makes us feel that we have gone back in time. Greenfield House has everything and more a family needs, it is in a beautiful part of the village and peaceful. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.
We just love the feeling of being away from it all including traffic! The cottage was lovely and we really enjoyed the garden and the sea views. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Greenfield- what a lovely cottage!! Bed on the top floor is so comfy & an amazing view of the beach & sea. Nice outside space to enjoy your morning coffee & soak up the view. Fantastic service from Sam & Sian, nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be back!
We came for a lovely long weekend away with our three young children to Robin Hood's Bay for some rest and fun after a strange year. We love RBH and enjoyed staying at Greenfield House. The house was comfortable and cosy. We were very impressed with the customer service of Baytown cottages who were always responsive, helpful and polite. We would happily recommend Baytown Cottages and we will be booking another stay with them.Hopefully we will be back in the Bay very soon!
