Coach House Cottage is an old and charming fisherman’s cottage in the heart of Robin Hood’s Bay. Situated just above New Road, Coach House Cottage is ideally located to enjoy village life in the Bay. Just moments away from the sea means that at high tide you can even hear the waves crashing at night!

This comfortable and spacious cottage can accommodate 4 people (6 people by request) and benefits from having an open fire in the lounge and a multi-fuel stove in the kitchen making for a warm retreat after a busy day exploring.

Ground Floor:

The entrance to Coach House Cottage leads into the kitchen and dining area. The large, well equipped kitchen is the perfect place to gather. The kitchen contains an under counter fridge with a freezer compartment, built in electric oven with grill function, 4 ring electric induction hob, toaster, kettle, washing machine and plenty of storage space for pots, pans and utensils. There is also a large dining room table to comfortably sit 6 people for when you decide to cook at home. The multi-fuel stove completes the kitchen.

2 steps up from the kitchen leads to the lounge. The spacious lounge area has 2 armchairs, a 3-seater sofa and 2 small stools. There is a flat screen television with a built in DVD player and separate video player accompanied by a large selection of DVDs and videos. The unit underneath the television houses a great selection of board games. There is an open fire in the lounge to really add to the character. Coal and firewood are provided for your stay.

First Floor:

Stairs from the lounge lead to the first-floor landing. Immediately on the right is the twin single room. There are 2 full size single beds with a chest of drawers in the middle. A large dormer window lights the room with views up and down New Road. For added guests, there are also 2 single bunk beds at the far side of the room.

Next door is the double bedroom with a full size double bed equipped with bed side tables and lamps on both sides. There is a chest of drawers for storage and a large dormer window completes the room.

Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom. The bathroom with sloping ceilings has a WC, wash basin, towel heater and a neat Victorian slipper bath.

Watch out for the low beams in both bedrooms and the bathroom. Please mind your head.

Coach House Cottage is heated by electric portable heaters.
