52 Ways To Enjoy Robin Hood's Bay: #18 Walk The Cleveland Way
Anyone who has ever been to Robin Hood's Bay will know that this little old fishing village sits perfectly in-between dramatic cliffs that span the Yorkshire coastline from Whitby to Scarborough.
It's along these very dramatic cliffs that sore high above the sea that you will find The Cleveland Way. This famous National Trail spans 109 miles in total taking in both moorland path as well as the coastal path of the North York Moors National Park.
With two directions to walk in from Robin Hood's Bay you will not only be spoilt with stunning views across the North Sea but inland too. You will also be met with Heritage, landmarks and adventures.
Should you choose to walk to Whitby you will be faced with approximately an 8 mile hike.
Alternatively you may choose to walk to Scarborough where you will hike approximately 22 miles. Or, you may just prefer to do a little bit at a time.
Not for the faint hearted you will need a good head for heights and a good level of fitness. But for your hard work you will be more than rewarded with what you are about to discover.
